Dress Up!

Charlie pretending to a cat!

Lately, Charlie has been really into playing dress-up!
At first, all he had to dress up in were my clothes and some old costume pieces...

Mommy getting in on the fun :)
Every fun accessory he could find!

Getting ready to put on a show
In more of Mommy's clothes...

Although this was plenty of fun for us both, I felt bad that he didn't have his own dress up stuff. While I am completely fine with my 2 year old using a dress to pretend he is a butterfly, I thought it couldn't hurt to have some more gender neutral, kid-friendly dress up stuff! So we took a trip to Party City and bought a bunch of fun stuff... We have been playing dress-up and "pretend" ever since!!! CHECK US OUT!

He loves this top hat! He says,"I'm a gentleman!"
Easter Bunny Charlie hop, hop, hopping!
Fireman Charlie to the rescue!!!

"Mommy can be a construction site worker!"
He's turning into quite the little performer! This is his big finish! :)

Mommy as the Magic Butterfly Lady!!!
Charlie trying on the butterfly mask...

Arrrrr! Going on a treasure hunt for hidden pennies!! P.S. You'd love his pirate voice!

Army man Charlie, crawling through the trenches...

Mommy and Charlie being cowboys in the wild wild west!
Charlie's imagination is getting quite a workout lately! It's a lot of fun watching him learn how to play pretend and figure out that when you use your imagination, you can do anything!!!
